Turnaround time & delivery ♡

Please expect longer turnaround times on our Mega sales or pre order items.

PLEASE NOTE: any orders placed throughout October, November or December that do not contain items from the Christmas collection, will not be started until I return to work in the new year. Turnaround time will start from my return back to work (Friday 7th Jan).


Current delay of the 50% off sale orders. Latest update:
I have been given an estimated delivery date of Jan 24th for the stock that I’ve been waiting on, I have now made a start on these orders but majority have 1 or more item that will be in this shipment. So I will complete the orders that I can for now and have the rest prepped ready for this delivery. I am aiming to have these orders completed by the end of the month as long as the shipment arrives on schedule.

 

All UK orders are sent 1st class standard, International orders are sent standard delivery, proof of postage is always obtained.

We ship worldwide! Postage costs will be calculated automatically in the check out.

T&C’s: Due to the ‘made to order’ nature of our products, we have a strict no refunds or cancellations policy (in or out of turnaround time) as all stock is ordered in once an order is placed. In the event that your order has been lost in the post, we will of course offer a replacement within a reasonable amount of time, but we will not be able to offer a refund for missing post.

Please ensure that all postage address details are correct as these won’t be able to be changed once the order is placed!
